The Wolves Singing Heyokah Center For Multi-Cultural Urban Shamanism
is unique because all the programs of the Center are based on the Primordial
Shamanic and Mystic Spirituality of the Kashta Tua Tai Ma & Da.

The Kashta Tua Tai are an original tribal clan who live in isolation in
Northern Canada. They tell me (GrandMother Singing Wolf) I am
their daughter (a blood relation) because I have within my ancestry
Mohawk and Iroquois Blood. They say many tribes are
descendants of the Kashta Tua Tai Ma & Da.

Approximately 13 years ago three ambassadors were sent by the
Kashta Tua Tai Ma & Da, Great GrandMothers and Great
GrandFathers, to find me. The Ma & Da had a series of
shamanic and mystic dreams about me. So they sent the
Kashta Tua Tai ambassadors to tell me I must start my
apprenticeship with them.

The three ambassadors stayed with me for three days and through
counseling and ceremony helped me to realize the importance
of becoming shaman and mystic apprentice to the
Kashta Tua Tai Family.

I have not had permission from the Kashta Tua Tai Ma & Da to speak
of this until now. One reason being their concern about maintaining
isolation, another to test my ability to sustain the integrity of being
shaman and mystic in a world that wants proof through
resume and association, rather than proof through doing and being.
The old saying holds fast and true with the Kashta Tua Tai Ma & Da,
one must walk the talk, not talk the walk.

I have been apprenticing with the Kashta Tua Tai for thirteen years.
The following is a bare bones outline of the training and initiations I have
accomplished with the Kashta Tua Tai Family that enable me
to be Shamanic & Mystic Teacher, Ceremonial Artist, Shamanic Counselor,
Shamanic Healer & Divinator.
My apprenticeship continues with the Kashta Tua Tai Ma & Da
and they are my Elders who guide all of my Medicine work.
