I start to practice your Ceremonial Primordial Games but loose my focus, usually half way through.  It’s as if my mind doesn’t want to stay in extraordinary consciousness and the needle of my internal ordinary record player is stuck and keeps repeating.  Do you have any suggestions as to how I can unstick myself from ordinary mind?  Thank You, Tara.

Take your needle off your record, break the record, and recycle your record player.  When your mind is obsessively compulsively looping sing it into awakening to a new level of consciousness.  Don’t sing a popular song that you know the words and melody of but instead sing improvisational sounds that bubble up and emanate from the depths of your Soul Singer.  If you are able to accomplish this you will always be capable of dissolving the malfunctions of your ordinary mind and graduate yourself in the moment into Soul Awakened Mind.  This way you will teach your bodymind how to remain focused and within Spiritual Practice as you are investing and investigating within my Ceremonial Primordial Games.  Many Blessings Upon Your Internal Discovery Adventures, GrandMother Mary Singing Wolf.

How do I break through my ego’s resistance to dancing as soul.  I keep cycling in how limited my ability to dance is and so give up before I let go.  Do you have any suggestions?  Thank You for any help you can give me, Jillian.

Stand in one spot, not moving at all, just breathing.  Remain in stillness telling yourself not to move and see how long you can stay this way until you feel like you will go mad if you do not move.  The first movement you do from this new consciousness place is a dance movement of your soul.  It is your movement and belongs to you and only you.  It is a gift from your soul self.  Now move your soul hand, and your soul leg, and your soul head, and your soul torso, and before you realize it you will be dancing as your soul self and there will not be an ordinary ego thought whatsoever.  All your psyche’s constructs are based on an external ordinary translation of reality that does not really exist.  Shatter your illusionary constructs within the Great Mother’s Mirror and you will become an expert Primordial Soul Dancer.  Many Blessings Upon Your Future Medicine Soul Dancing Adventures, GrandMother Mary Singing Wolf.
